As a John L. Scott broker, my mission is transactional excellence and client satisfaction. That means I work tirelessly to make your home buying or selling process as efficient, stress-free and lucrative for you as possible.

Meet Renee

I have been a healthcare professional since the year 2000. When I am not working with my clients in real estate, I still work shifts doing patient care in the emergency department at our local hospital. In 2015, I earned my real estate license and began building my career as a Realtor. I’m currently based out of John L. Scott’s Bothell office, where I’ve been since 2017.

I often help buyers and sellers in the Seattle area, Snohomish County and North King County. I specialize in single family homes, but have also gained significant experience with condominiums, townhomes, and raw land. In addition, I have been a site agent for a new home builder in the past, and have a strong understanding of what is required to purchase new construction.

With great photography, 3D tours, and one-click advertising, it is more important than ever that the home shows really well in person too! I have found the best photographers in the business, and will only work with them to shoot homes, but the home must live up to the promise. That's why I often spend days working to prepare a home, inside and out. This includes working with the sellers to have the home professionally cleaned, if needed. It may also include strategies for repairing any flaws before the home goes on the market.

Looking back to the start of my real estate career, the common theme has been "helping others." I am excited to smooth out the bumps in the road that can come up when buying or selling. I have backed up my abilities with experience and education, plus a great team. My husband is also an agent, and my office at John L. Scott gives incredible service, meeting my high standards every time.

My hobbies include Zumba and working out, road trips with my family, and taking walks with our dogs, Benzo and Diablo! Giving back is also important to myself and my family, and we support many causes that are close to our hearts. Causes we support include a local summer camp, youth services, Domestic Violence Services of Snohomish County, and Seattle Medic One Foundation.

Snohomish

Snohomish is a city with a lot of history, which we are proud to show off and talk about. The center of town is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and we’re known as the Antique Capitol of the Northwest. But that’s not all that makes Snohomish a great place to call home. Snohomish is close to the metro areas of Seattle and Bellevue, but just far enough removed for us to retain the peaceful character of a small town. As the oldest city in Snohomish County, our town has become an example of how historic preservation can not only make a location more pleasant to live in, but more economically successful as well. In addition to browsing our many antique shops, locals and visitors enjoy popular restaurants and shopping while walking along the historic buildings downtown. Outdoor activities abound here. From boating and fishing on the Snohomish river, to bird watching in the Riverview Wildlife Refuge, or playing in Centennial Park. There’s something here for everyone. Snohomish residents live in a variety of homes, from Queen Anne-style and Arts and Crafts-era houses in the heart of the city, to farmhouses with acreage a bit outside town. If you’d like to learn more about Snohomish, let us know. We’d love to show you around and help you find your perfect home.

Reviews

“Renee traveled 65 miles each way multiple times to assess, stage, and list my house. She held two open houses, and within 72 hours of listing she had seven offers to review. I went from my first phone call to Renee about listing my home, to a pending sale in a total of two weeks.”

“Renee was so much fun to work with! It was like hanging out with an old friend while looking at houses. She always had our best interests in mind and was always on top of things all the way to the end and then some. We will always come to Renee for all our real estate needs in the future. I’m so excited that we found our perfect home and Renee is to thank for that!”
